If you have been offered support by the workshop for travel and/or hotel follow these instructions.

Prior to your trip, please fill out a a new Travel Request form.

Go to: travelweb.umd.edu
Click: New Travel Request
Fill out the form:
Leave the Faculty Sponsor blank (Other)
Purpose of Travel: Atlas workshop
Estimate your travel expenses
Leave the hotel and per diem information blank
In the notes put the number of nights you'll be staying
at the hotel. (This is for our records only, we'll be
paying the hotel directly.)
Important: under Is this request for a UMD sponsored conference select Atlas 2017

After the workshop you will go to travelweb.umd.edu again to fill out a reimbursement form.
